Half Marathon Training Update

Good morning All!  I’m very excited about my run this morning.  Of course I haven’t started it yet, but that’s really beside the point.  I say embrace those few times where I am up and rarin’ to go before the sun rises!

As you know, I’ve put myself back into the Half Marathon Arena by signing up for both the St. Augustine Half Marathon and the Diva’s Half.  I am so excited I can barely contain myself.  It’s been about two years since I’ve done any hardcore training, so this is going to be either a great comeback or a reminder for why I took those two years off.

The St. Augustine Half is on November 16th, so I will be following the training plan below:

Additionally, I will be stepping up my strength training game by continuing to participate in the 30 Day Squat and Burpees challenges.  I am on pace with the burpees, but the squats sort of got ahead of me.  No worries, I will complete the task! 30-day-squat-challenge1 810x810xomg-burpees-october-1-pagespeed-ic-phmsx7it-l1
