feeling refreshed as I sip Dunkin Donuts Blueberry Muffin coffee from our new coffee pot!

loving that the weather is starting to cool down and I can wear my fall sweaters.

knowing that you cannot control people, you cannot make everyone happy, and that it’s not my job to do either one.  In addition to that, I am loving that I finally and starting to see the joy of accepting that.

planning to practice self-care and not push beyond my limits.

Speaking of self-care, I have made a decision about the St. Augustine Half Marathon in November.  I was running my long run of the week and felt a pain in my low back.  I tried to slow down in order to alleviate the pain, but it didn’t help.  I ended up dropping down from 7 miles to 5.  The next time I ran, the same thing happened.  While I love running, I don’t love t more than taking care of my body.  I have emailed the directors of the race and will be dropping out.  In the meantime, I want to focus more on weight training and increasing some of the lost strength that has occurred over the past few weeks.

With that being said, I am going to participate in two challenges this month:
