Needless to say, my new and more aggressive approach to my workout routine has totally left me near-flatlined. Two spin classes in a row AND an AM legs workout with my new bestie at LA Fitness has allotted me the luxury of taking a “Rest Afternoon.” So how did I put this extra “Me” time to the best use?
