Happy Thursday morning to you all!
I have to admit that I’m getting a little bit bored with my workout routine of going from treadmill to Jackie Warner DVD. Don’t get me wrong, I will never totally abandon Jackie, but I need something new. My rule of thumb: if I can say the encouragements and technique descriptions along with the instructor, then it’s time to move on.
With my need to switch things up, I’ve been going down memory lane of some of my more favorite workouts that either I have found on Pinterest or things that I’ve put together.
