Today was scheduled to be a rest day, which I greatly appreciated after running my fastest 8 miles (1:05:50) on Sunday. Plus, I wouldn’t want to shock my body after my strenuous DVR marathon. Instead, I followed the “Fitness at Home” workout I found on Pinterest.
I did the circuit three times through, which It took me about twenty five minutes. I made the most of that short workout time.
180 Jumping Jacks
150 high knees
3 minutes of wall-sitting
And now a breakfast favorite:
1/2 C. of old fashioned oats
1 C. soy milk
1/2 Tbsn Maranatha Almond Butter
