Not a Sleep Thing

Morning All.

I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with my body the past few weeks, but I’ve been feeling like the unpaired sock that people give to their dog to chew on and play tug-o-war.

I don’t have cold symptoms: no headache, chest congestion, or running nose.  I feel slightly warm, but more chilled than anything.  I get dizzy, weak, and  totally fatigued.  I am not over-doing it in the gym; hell I have run a total of 11.1 miles in the course of 10 days.  I’m definitely eating enough; just check my almond butter stash.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I know I’m damn tired of it.  I am getting jealousy bumps from reading about all these awesome runs my blogger friends are kicking ass at: Cely, Monica, Tina and Paula’s kick-ass 24 miles!  And my lame self is stuck on the couch.

  1. Well… dizzy, weak and tired without any cold symptoms to go with it… reminds me of how I felt during my first trimester! Its definitely a possibility!

  2. Get some saline nasal spray. Use it several times a day for a week. Use a moist warm pack on your forehead several times a day also. Let me know how it works for you. Cheaper than a pregnancy test, if nothing else. 😉
